Freedomlink is an independent business, providing study support services, employee support services and disability awareness training. We provide our services to the public, private and voluntary sectors, as well as in higher and further education settings.

Freedomlink was established in 1998 by Louise Westley who, as a deaf woman and university graduate, has both personal and professional experience of disability access issues.
Over the years:
- We have worked with hundreds of individuals, providing study support services to students and learners with a wide range of disabilities in colleges and universities.
- We have provided interpreting and note-taking support for a wide range of organisations, including Refugee Action, Leicestershire Centre for Integrated Living, GP practices, large retail outlets, disability organisations, recruitment agencies and local and national government organisations.
- In association with Leicestershire Centre for Integrated Living, we have helped to co-ordinate and facilitate a number of consultation sessions with Leicestershire Constabulary, the Primary Care Trust and Leicester City Council.
